We set them up, wire them to your tools, and hand them over with a runbook. If you ever stop the retainer, the agents don't disappear. You keep everything we built. The retainer just keeps them sharp as your business and Anthropic's API evolve.
Your first automations are running by end of week one. The full setup — all agents, connected to your tools — is live by week two. We've built this to be fast by design. The onboarding session compresses what would normally take months of back-and-forth into a single focused call.
Yes — and that's by design. We set up your key during onboarding. It means you control your own usage costs, your data goes directly to Anthropic (not via us), and you're never locked into our billing. Anthropic's costs for typical agent workflows are low — most clients spend $10–40/month on API usage.
Small changes (adjust a workflow, update a reply template, swap a skill) are covered by your monthly retainer's tweak bucket. Bigger changes — a new agent, major new workflow, or something that breaks because a third-party connector changed — are handled via paid escalation with a named human and a stated response time. You'll always know upfront which category something falls into before we scope it.
Your agents run in your own Claude workspace under your own API key — your data stays on your account, never pooled with other clients and never used to train anything. When an agent calls the AI model, that request goes directly from your Claude account to Anthropic under your key. We don't store your client data, your emails, or your business information. The support agent we hand over to you auto-drafts the report inside your own Claude workspace — it can see your agent activity directly. A lightweight activity log is built in at setup so the report has real numbers (tasks handled, hours saved, flags).
